We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any much more. He said he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of money out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have one more woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to supply our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
