A manager from a significant restaurant within the nearby region called in for our services. He had been asked to find out if we could support the owner. It had turn into clear that many of the waiting staff where stealing from the Guidelines pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there may be as considerably as £5000 in the pot on a Saturday night.
